I turn data and AI into decisions, and prove they pay off.
Eight years across finance and insights taught me to turn data into decisions: forecasts, business cases, the models behind real budgets, the pricing and FX calls behind real deals. Now I do the same with AI, working out what each tool is actually worth, building it, and testing it honestly. I'd rather publish a result that didn't work than a promise that might.

LiveThree forecasters predict every race, then grade themselves against the real result. Claude scored 22% worse than a simple baseline. I published it anyway.
